The Vapoteur Discount guide for your 30 ml e-liquid

Advantage of the 30 ml nicotine-free bottle

An e-liquid is a consumable for electronic cigarettes only. The 30 ml format is ideal for regular vapers looking for an excellent value for money. This large format allows you to vape longer without having to restock. Packaged in a "ready-to-boost" format, this e-liquid contains no nicotine at purchase, but it has enough space to add three to four nicotine boosters to be transformed into 10 mg/ml or 12 mg/ml.

Practical, economical, flexible and easy to carry, the 30 ml bottle is aimed at all vapers in 0, 10 or 12 mg/ml of nicotine who want to fully enjoy their favorite flavor!

Equipment selection for an e-liquid with a balanced PG/VG ratio (50/50)

Electronic cigarette: balanced PG/VG ratios are suitable for the majority of versatile electronic cigarettes such as the CoolFire Z80 by Innokin, the Zelos M80 Kit by Aspire or the iStick T80 by Eleaf.

Pod: The Soul 2 Pod Kit by GeekVape and the Vibe SE by Vaporesso.

Clearomizer: versatile models such as the Zenith 2 by Innokin, the GTX18 by Vaporesso or the Zeus Nano 2 by GeekVape are compatible with a balanced PG/VG ratio.

Resistance: this ratio is ideal with resistances between 1.2 ohm and 0.4 ohm.

Drip tip: a standard 510 format drip tip is preferred, but some vapers use it on 810 airy models without experiencing leaks.

Power setting

A balanced PG/VG ratio (50/50) is suitable for a wide power range between 10 and 50 watts.

Regular maintenance

  • Clean your clearomizer and drip tip frequently to avoid the build-up of residue;
  • Replace the coils as soon as you notice a change in taste and a decrease in performance (on average every 2 to 3 weeks);
  • Avoid leaving your tank full with the same e-liquid for more than 5 days without using it (risk of leaks, flavor degradation).

Usage precautions

If you don't smoke, don't vape :)

This product containing nicotine is prohibited for minors, pregnant women, and people with cardiovascular problems or hypertension.

In case of allergies: check for any potential allergens in the composition (limonene, tree nuts, etc.), listed on the product label.

In case of skin contact: the pharmaceutical nicotine contained in e-liquids can be an irritant for the skin of sensitive individuals. In case of contact with a large area of skin, rinse thoroughly with water and soap.

Storage of your e-liquids: keep your e-liquids in a dry place, away from light and temperature changes. Also keep out of reach of children and pets.

In the interest of environmental protection and recycling, we would be grateful if you dispose of empty bottles in the appropriate bins.

FAQ

An e-liquid (or electronic cigarette liquid) is the product that generates vapour when heated by the coil of an electronic cigarette. Unlike traditional cigarettes, there is no combustion. The e-liquid is composed of a base (propylene glycol and vegetable glycerine), flavourings, and optionally nicotine. It determines the taste, throat hit, cloud production, and overall vaping experience.

An e-liquid generally contains four elements:

  • propylene glycol (PG), which carries the flavours, enhances the throat hit and provides a sensation close to that of a cigarette;
  • vegetable glycerine (VG), responsible for the vapour and cloud density;
  • flavourings, which provide the taste (fruit, mint, classic tobacco, dessert, ice…);
  • nicotine, optional, which helps manage cravings for vapers who are giving up smoking.

Some formulas also use alternative vegetable bases (Végétol) for a smoother experience.

An e-liquid with nicotine is intended for vapers who want to replace traditional cigarettes. Nicotine acts on the feeling of satisfaction and limits cravings. Nicotine-free e-liquids are used either at the end of a quit-smoking programme, or purely for the pleasure of vaping, although it is not recommended to vape if you are not a smoker. Choosing the right nicotine level is essential to avoid a bad experience (throat irritation or cravings). The nicotine dosage depends on your previous cigarette consumption. A light smoker will not have the same needs as a heavy smoker. A level that is too low can lead to frustration and relapse, while a level that is too high can cause throat discomfort. The aim is to find a balance between throat hit, sensation, and vaping comfort, adjusting gradually as needed. A low dosage of 0, 3, or 6 mg/ml of nicotine is generally recommended for light smokers or occasional smokers (fewer than 7 cigarettes per day), and a high dosage of 20 mg/ml nicotine salt for a heavy smoker (1 packet of cigarettes or more). However, this dosage can be adjusted depending on your e-cigarette and your vaping style.

Nicotine salt is a more stable form of nicotine that is smoother to inhale. It provides rapid absorption with a less harsh throat hit, even at high levels. Nicotine salt e-liquids are particularly suited to beginner vapers, former heavy smokers, and low-power MTL kits. Various nicotine salt dosages are available. The best known and most effective is 20 mg/ml, which is very well suited to heavy smokers. However, a dosage of 10 mg/ml may suit a regular or occasional smoker perfectly well.

A nicotine booster is a nicotine-concentrated bottle designed to be added to a large-format e-liquid. It allows you to adjust the final nicotine level according to the quantity added. Flexible and cost-effective, this solution lets you boost your large-format e-liquid to 3 or 6 mg/ml of nicotine. For a 50 ml e-liquid, adding one nicotine booster will give you 3 mg/ml; two nicotine boosters will transform your e-liquid into 6 mg/ml.

The propylene glycol / vegetable glycerine ratio strongly influences the vaping experience.

  • An e-liquid rich in propylene glycol or PG (70/30, 80/20) enhances the throat hit, flavour precision, and discreet vaping. The e-liquid will be fluid and compatible only with MTL equipment with a tight draw to avoid leaks.
  • An e-liquid rich in vegetable glycerine or VG (30/70) produces more vapour and clouds, with a smoother, sweeter sensation. This thicker e-liquid is compatible with sub-ohm or shisha-type e-cigarettes, producing large vapour clouds at high power.

The choice therefore depends on the power and compatibility with your e-cigarette. If in doubt, the most common ratio remains 50/50 PG/VG. Balanced, it allows versatile use on MTL, RDL, and light DTL e-cigarette models (between approximately 15 and 40 watts).

Plant-based e-liquids or those made with Végétol replace traditional propylene glycol. They are often gentler on the throat, better tolerated by vapers who are sensitive to PG, and offer a smoother vape without compromising on flavour. However, they should be used in MTL mode at low power (30 watts minimum) to avoid the risk of leaks and to preserve the quality of the product.

Yes, CBD e-liquids are designed for vaping and generally contain no nicotine. They offer a different experience, focused on relaxation, without addictive effects. They should be used at moderate wattage to preserve the quality of the product. A tight-draw MTL electronic cigarette is recommended for use with them.

E-liquids are considered a far healthier alternative to smoked tobacco. They are formulated from ingredients certified as safe for health, unlike the 7,000 harmful substances found in traditional cigarettes. Nevertheless, to choose a safe e-liquid, a few precautions should be taken, such as buying your e-liquid from a recognised retailer like Le Vapoteur Discount, or checking the composition and origin by favouring reputable and regulated brands.

An e-liquid manufactured in France meets strict requirements and European directives regarding traceability, quality control and safety. As a mark of quality and transparency for the consumer, French and European brands generally have their own laboratory for developing their e-liquid formulas and are required to have those formulations reviewed by an independent laboratory before going to market. These steps ensure that e-liquids are safe for vapers. These French and European quality standards prohibit undesirable substances and provide a more secure framework for vaping.

To keep your e-liquid for as long as possible and preserve its quality, taste, and colour, you should store it in its original bottle, ideally away from light, heat, and air. Despite these precautions, the e-liquid may sometimes take on a slightly brown tint. Safe and suitable for consumption, this colour is due to the oxidation of nicotine and may also depend on the flavouring used in the e-liquid. It is generally advised not to keep the same e-liquid in your clearomiser or pod cartridge for more than 5 days if you are not using it, to avoid leaks and excessive oxidation.

The BBD (Best Before Date) or MHD (Minimum Durability Date) is an indicative date. Once the e-liquid's date has passed, it may lose its taste qualities and appearance (colour, fluidity). An e-liquid fresh from the factory will have a BBD of approximately 2 years. Even past its BBD, the e-liquid remains suitable for vaporisation and will not be harmful to health.
