Tropical Sky 50 ml - SIX VAPE
The Vapoteur Discount guide for your 50 ml e-liquid
Advantages of the 50 ml nicotine-free bottle
An e-liquid is a consumable for e-cigarettes exclusively. The 50 ml format is ideal for regular vapers looking for an excellent value for money. This large format allows you to vape longer without having to restock. Packaged in a "ready-to-boost" format, this e-liquid contains no nicotine at purchase, but has enough space to add one or two nicotine boosters to bring it to 3 mg/ml or 6 mg/ml.
Practical, economical, flexible, and easy to carry, the 50 ml bottle is suitable for all vapers at 0, 3, or 6 mg/ml of nicotine who want to fully enjoy their favorite flavor!
How do I add nicotine to my e-liquid?
50 ml nicotine-free e-liquids can be consumed without adding a nicotine booster. If you are an occasional or moderate smoker, we recommend adding one or two boosters to prepare your e-liquid at a strength of 3 or 6 mg/ml.
For a dosage of 3 mg/ml:
- Prepare your 50 ml bottle and one 20 mg/ml nicotine booster;
- Add and fully dissolve the nicotine booster inside the 50 ml bottle;
- Close your 50 ml bottle (now 60 ml) and shake vigorously;
- Wait 1 to 2 minutes before consuming your 3 mg/ml e-liquid.
For a dosage of 6 mg/ml:
- Prepare your 50 ml bottle and two 20 mg/ml nicotine boosters;
- Add and fully dissolve the two nicotine boosters inside the 50 ml bottle;
- Close your 50 ml bottle (now 70 ml) and shake vigorously;
- Wait 1 to 2 minutes before consuming your 6 mg/ml e-liquid.
These bottles are designed to hold 1 to 2 nicotine boosters. However, if you want more nicotine in your recipe, we recommend using large Chubby Gorilla 120 ml or Twist graduated 120 ml bottles.
Choosing the right hardware for an e-liquid with a balanced PG/VG ratio (50/50)
E-cigarette: balanced PG/VG ratios are suitable for the majority of versatile e-cigarettes such as the CoolFire Z80 by Innokin, the Kit Zelos M80 by Aspire, or the iStick T80 by Eleaf.
Pod: The Kit pod Soul 2 by GeekVape and the Vibe SE by Vaporesso.
Tank: versatile models such as the Zenith 2 by Innokin, the GTX18 by Vaporesso, or the Zeus Nano 2 by GeekVape are compatible with a balanced PG/VG ratio.
Coil: this ratio is ideal with coils between 1.2 ohm and 0.4 ohm.
Drip tip: a standard 510-format drip tip mouthpiece is preferred, but some vapers use it on 810 airflow models without experiencing leaks.
Wattage adjustment
A balanced PG/VG ratio (50/50) can suit a wide power range between 10 and 50 watts.
Regular maintenance
- Regularly clean your tank and drip tip to avoid residue build-up;
- Replace coils as soon as you notice a change in taste or a drop in performance (on average every 2 to 3 weeks);
- Avoid leaving your tank full with the same e-liquid for more than 5 days without using it (risk of leaks and flavor degradation).
Usage precautions
If you do not smoke, do not vape :)

FAQ
An e-liquid (or liquid for electronic cigarettes) is the product that generates vapour when heated by the coil of an electronic cigarette. Unlike traditional cigarettes, there is no combustion. The e-liquid is composed of a base (propylene glycol and vegetable glycerin), flavourings, and optionally nicotine. It is what determines the taste, the throat sensation, the cloud production, and the overall vaping experience.
An e-liquid generally contains four ingredients:
- propylene glycol (PG), which carries the flavours, enhances the throat hit, and delivers a sensation close to that of a cigarette;
- vegetable glycerin (VG), responsible for the vapour and the density of the cloud;
- flavourings, which provide the taste (fruit, mint, classic blonde, dessert, ice…);
- nicotine, which is optional, and helps manage cravings for vapers who are quitting smoking.
Some formulas also use alternative vegetable bases (Végétol) for a smoother experience.
An e-liquid with nicotine is intended for vapers who wish to replace the traditional cigarette. Nicotine acts on the feeling of satisfaction and helps limit cravings. Nicotine-free e-liquids are used either at the end of a quitting process, or purely for the enjoyment of vaping, even though vaping is not recommended if you are not a smoker. Choosing the right nicotine level is essential to avoid a poor experience (irritation or cravings). The nicotine dosage depends on your previous cigarette consumption. A light smoker will not have the same needs as a heavy smoker. A level that is too low can lead to frustration and relapse, while a level that is too high can cause throat discomfort. The aim is to find a balance between throat hit, sensation, and vaping comfort, adjusting gradually as needed. A low dosage of 0, 3, or 6 mg/ml of nicotine is generally recommended for light smokers or occasional smokers (fewer than 7 cigarettes per day), and a high dosage of 20 mg/ml of nicotine salt for heavy smokers (1 packet of cigarettes or more). However, this dosage can be adjusted depending on your electronic cigarette and your vaping style.
Nicotine salt is a more stable form of nicotine that is smoother to inhale. It delivers rapid absorption with a less harsh throat hit, even at high levels. Nicotine salt e-liquids are particularly well suited to beginner vapers, former heavy smokers, and low-wattage MTL kits. Nicotine salt is available in various dosages. The best known and most effective is 20 mg/ml, highly suited to heavy smokers. However, a dosage of 10 mg/ml can work very well for a regular or occasional smoker.
A nicotine booster is a nicotine-concentrated bottle designed to be added to a large-format e-liquid. It allows you to adjust the final nicotine level depending on the quantity added. Flexible and cost-effective, this solution lets you boost your large-format e-liquid to 3 or 6 mg/ml of nicotine. For a 50 ml e-liquid, adding one nicotine booster will give you 3 mg/ml; two nicotine boosters will bring your e-liquid up to 6 mg/ml.
The propylene glycol / vegetable glycerin ratio has a strong influence on the vaping experience.
- An e-liquid rich in propylene glycol or PG (70/30, 80/20) enhances the throat hit, the precision of flavours, and a discreet vape. The e-liquid will be fluid and compatible only with tight-draw MTL devices to avoid leaks.
- An e-liquid rich in vegetable glycerin or VG (30/70) produces more vapour and cloud, with a softer, sweeter sensation. This thicker e-liquid will be compatible with sub-ohm or shisha-type electronic cigarettes, producing large vapour clouds at high wattage.
The choice therefore depends on the wattage and compatibility with your electronic cigarette. If in doubt, the most common ratio remains 50/50 PG/VG. Balanced, it allows versatile use across MTL, RDL, and light DTL electronic cigarette models (approximately between 15 and 40 watts).
Vegetable-based or Végétol e-liquids replace traditional propylene glycol. They are often gentler on the throat, better tolerated by vapers who are sensitive to PG, and offer a smoother vape without compromising on flavour. However, they should be used in MTL mode at low wattage (minimum 30 watts) to avoid the risk of leaks and to preserve the quality of the product.
Yes, CBD e-liquids are designed for vaping and generally do not contain nicotine. They offer a different experience, focused on relaxation, without any addictive effect. They should be used at moderate wattage to preserve the quality of the product. For best results, use them with a tight-draw MTL electronic cigarette.
E-liquids are considered a far healthier alternative to smoked tobacco. They are formulated from ingredients certified as safe for health, unlike the 7,000 harmful substances found in traditional cigarettes. Nevertheless, to choose a safe e-liquid, a few precautions should be taken, such as purchasing your e-liquid from a recognised retailer like Le Vapoteur Discount, or checking the composition and origin by favouring reputable and regulated brands.
An e-liquid manufactured in France meets strict requirements and European directives regarding traceability, quality control, and safety. As a guarantee of quality and transparency for consumers, French and European brands generally have their own laboratory for developing their e-liquid formulas and are required to have those formulations assessed by an independent laboratory before going to market. All these steps ensure that e-liquids are safe for vapers. These French and European quality standards prohibit undesirable substances and provide a more secure framework for vaping.
To keep your e-liquid as long as possible and preserve its quality, taste and colour, you should store it in its original bottle and ideally away from light, heat and air. Despite these precautions, the e-liquid may take on a slightly brown tint. Safe and suitable for use, this colour is due to the oxidation of nicotine and may also depend on the flavouring used in the e-liquid. It is generally recommended not to keep the same e-liquid for more than 5 days in your clearomiser or pod cartridge if you are not using it, to avoid leaks and excessive oxidation.
The DLUO (Best Before Date) or BBD (Best Before Date) is an indicative date. Once the e-liquid's date has passed, it may lose its taste qualities and appearance (colour, consistency). An e-liquid straight from the factory will have a BBD of approximately 2 years. Even past the BBD, the e-liquid remains suitable for vaporisation and will not be harmful to health.
