And technically? 

Innokin is back with a new version of its Kroma kit. After the Kroma A kit, here comes the Kroma R kit! The difference? A more powerful model allowing use up to 80W, more features, better battery life and works with an external battery whereas the previous model used an integrated battery. The integrated chipset gives you reliable performance for an ultra-responsive vape. It is an expert MTL vape kit, but its customisation allows you to vary between different vaping styles! 

Keep an eye on your kit! The Kroma R box features a very comprehensive OLED screen that will make your life easier at a glance. 

In terms of size, the Kroma R is focused on ergonomics for a better grip. Here are its dimensions: 131 x 40 x 26mm — take it anywhere with you! 

Battery and charging 

The Kroma R box, unlike the Kroma A box, works with an external 18650 battery (not included). The advantage? Always having power without needing to plug in your kit to recharge it! Le Vapoteur Discount recommends always keeping one (or more) 18650 batteries with you in case you run out of power, for greater peace of mind. Also remember to get a battery charger to top up your energy! Insert your 18650 battery through the bottom of your box via the dedicated compartment.

NB: the Kroma R box is still equipped with a micro USB port for emergencies if you don't have a spare battery. However, this solution should remain a last resort!

Different usage modes

Find on your OLED screen the 4 different modes available on your Innokin Kroma R kit!

• Watts: choose from 3 heating intensities (Soft/Normal/Hard) and adjust your power between 6 and 80W.
• Volt: also choose from 3 heating intensities (Soft/Normal/Hard) and adjust your voltage from 1 to 7.5V.
• Curve: personalise your perfect vape using the power curve, allowing real-time variation with each puff.
• Bypass: a setting-free mode replicating mechanical-style vaping, where the battery voltage adjusts to match the coil used. 

Zlide D24 Clearomizer

Also designed by Innokin, the Zlide D24 clearomizer allows up to 4 ml of e-liquid filling. Whatever your setting, the airflow system technology of the Zlide D24 will deliver pure flavours and a dream texture. We won't hide it — Innokin has pulled out all the stops to offer you the very best of MTL vaping! 

To adjust your draw as you wish, rotate the airflow ring located at the base of the clearomizer.

The bonus: adjust your setting according to the coil used for maximum optimisation. 

Compatible coils

The Zlide D24 clearomizer is compatible with the tried-and-tested coils: the Zenith coils!

Two coils are included in the kit:

• The 1.2ohm Zenith coil is already pre-installed in the clearomizer. To be used between 10 and 14W, it will give you concentrated flavours, dense vapour and a powerful tight draw. Back to basics for an MTL vape! Compatible with e-liquids containing nicotine salts. Preferably use e-liquids with a VG content of 50% or less.
• The 0.8ohm Zenith coil. To be used between 15 and 18W, it allows you to vape thicker e-liquids for more vapour. Still in MTL!

Tips from Le Vapoteur Discount:

• Unscrew the Zlide D24 from its base.
• Remove the coil to be replaced by unscrewing it.
• Apply some e-liquid to the openings around the coil to prime it.
• Insert the coil into the clearomizer by aligning the guides.
• Screw the Zlide D24 back on and fill the tank.
• Wait approximately 10 minutes for the e-liquid to properly saturate the coil before starting to vape, to avoid any risk of a dry hit.

Filling the Zlide D24 clearomizer:

• Unscrew the drip tip.
• Slide the top cap, it will reveal the filling hole.
• Fill the tank.
• Put the components back in place.
