Salted Caramel Peanuts 50 ml Les 4 Saisons - Protect
Le Vapoteur Discount's guide to your 50 ml vegetable-based e-liquid
An e-liquid is a consumable exclusively intended for use with electronic cigarettes.
The 50 ml vegetable-based nicotine-free format is aimed at regular vapers looking for a smoother, more natural and more economical vape, without compromising on flavours.
Unlike classic e-liquids based on propylene glycol (PG), vegetable-based e-liquids use naturally derived alternatives such as Végétol®, Olivéine or Vegetable Mono Propylene Glycol (VMPG).
These components were developed to provide better tolerance, particularly for vapers who are sensitive to or intolerant of traditional PG.
The 50 ml format, for its part, allows you to:
- vape for longer with your favourite flavour;
- enjoy an excellent value for money;
- freely adjust your nicotine level thanks to the ready-to-boost system.
Vegetable-based 50 ml e-liquids are therefore ideal for a comfortable, flexible and long-lasting vape, whether at 0 mg or with added nicotine.
The advantages of a large-format vegetable base
Vegetable-based e-liquids are winning over more and more vapers thanks to their many benefits:
- a smoother vape for the throat, with less irritation and dryness;
- an excellent tolerance, ideal for sensitive vapers;
- a faithful flavour reproduction, even at low wattage;
- an effective nicotine delivery after adding a booster, particularly with Végétol®;
- a more eco-responsible approach, thanks to ingredients derived from plant-based resources.
Combined with the 50 ml format, the vegetable base offers a more natural and more comfortable vaping experience, perfectly suited to everyday use.
How to add nicotine to a 50 ml vegetable-based e-liquid?
Vegetable-based 50 ml e-liquids can be vaped without nicotine, or personalised to your needs by adding boosters.
To obtain an e-liquid at 3 mg/ml:
- Take your 50 ml bottle and a nicotine booster at 20 mg/ml (preferably compatible with vegetable base);
- Pour the entire booster into the bottle;
- Close (you obtain 60 ml) and shake vigorously for a few seconds;
- Wait 1 to 2 minutes before use.
You obtain a ready-to-vape e-liquid at 3 mg/ml.
To obtain an e-liquid at 6 mg/ml:
- Take your 50 ml bottle and two boosters of nicotine at 20 mg/ml;
- Pour the boosters into the bottle;
- Close (you obtain 70 ml), shake thoroughly;
- Wait 1 to 2 minutes before vaping.
You obtain a ready-to-use e-liquid at 6 mg/ml.
These bottles are designed to accommodate up to 2 boosters.
For higher dosages or custom recipes, using a large-format bottle (120 ml) is recommended.
What equipment should you use with a 50 ml vegetable-based e-liquid?
Vegetable-based e-liquids are designed for a balanced vape, ideal for indirect inhalation (MTL) or restrictive inhalation (RDL).
They are not recommended for very airy sub-ohm setups using coils that are too low.

It helps preserve:
- smoothness on the throat,

- the lifespan of the coils.
Taking good care of your electronic cigarette
For an optimal experience with your 50 ml vegetable-based e-liquid:
- Clean your clearomizer and drip tip regularly;

FAQ
An e-liquid (or liquid for e-cigarettes) is the product that generates vapour when heated by the coil of an e-cigarette. Unlike traditional cigarettes, there is no combustion. The e-liquid is composed of a base (propylene glycol and vegetable glycerin), flavourings, and optionally nicotine. It determines the taste, the throat sensation, the cloud production, and the overall vaping experience.
An e-liquid generally contains four elements:
- propylene glycol (PG), which carries the flavours, enhances the throat hit and provides a sensation close to that of a cigarette;
- vegetable glycerin (VG), responsible for the vapour and the density of the cloud;
- flavourings, which provide the taste (fruit, mint, classic blond, indulgent, ice…);
- nicotine, optional, which helps manage cravings in vapers who are quitting.
Some formulas also use alternative plant-based bases (Végétol) for extra smoothness.
An e-liquid with nicotine is intended for vapers who want to replace traditional cigarettes. Nicotine acts on the feeling of satisfaction and limits cravings. Nicotine-free e-liquids are used either at the end of a quitting process, or purely for the pleasure of vaping, although it is not recommended to vape if you are not a smoker. Choosing the right nicotine level is essential to avoid a bad experience (throat irritation or cravings). The nicotine dosage depends on your previous cigarette consumption. A light smoker will not have the same needs as a heavy smoker. A level that is too low can lead to frustration and relapse, while a level that is too high can cause throat discomfort. The goal is to find a balance between hit, sensation and vaping comfort, adjusting gradually as needed. A low dosage of 0, 3 or 6 mg/ml of nicotine is generally recommended for light or occasional smokers (fewer than 7 cigarettes per day), and a high dosage of 20 mg/ml nicotine salt for heavy smokers (one pack of cigarettes or more). However, this dosage can be adjusted depending on your e-cigarette and your vaping style.
Nicotine salt is a more stable form of nicotine that is gentler to inhale. It provides rapid absorption with a less aggressive throat hit, even at high levels. Nicotine salt e-liquids are particularly suited to beginner vapers, former heavy smokers, and low-power MTL kits. Various nicotine salt dosages are available. The best-known and most effective is 20 mg/ml, which is very well suited to heavy smokers. However, a 10 mg/ml dosage may be perfectly suitable for a regular or occasional smoker.
A nicotine booster is a nicotine-concentrated bottle designed to be added to a large-format e-liquid. It allows you to adjust the final nicotine level according to the quantity added. Flexible and cost-effective, this solution lets you boost your large-format e-liquid to 3 or 6 mg/ml of nicotine. For a 50 ml e-liquid, adding one nicotine booster will give you 3 mg/ml; adding two nicotine boosters will bring your e-liquid up to 6 mg/ml.
The propylene glycol / vegetable glycerin ratio has a strong influence on the vaping experience.
- An e-liquid rich in propylene glycol or PG (70/30, 80/20) enhances the throat hit, flavour precision, and a discreet vape. The e-liquid will be fluid and only compatible with MTL equipment with a tight draw to avoid leaks.
- An e-liquid rich in vegetable glycerin or VG (30/70) produces more vapour and clouds, with a smoother, sweeter sensation. This thicker e-liquid will be compatible with sub-ohm or shisha-type e-cigarettes, producing large vapour clouds at high power.
The choice therefore depends on the power and compatibility with your e-cigarette. If in doubt, the most common ratio remains 50/50 PG/VG. Balanced, it allows versatile use on MTL, RDL, and light DTL e-cigarette models (between approximately 15 and 40 watts).
E-liquids with a vegetable base or Végétol replace traditional propylene glycol. They are often gentler on the throat, better tolerated by vapers who are sensitive to PG, and offer a smoother vape without compromising on flavour. However, they should be used in MTL mode at low wattage (minimum 30 watts) to avoid the risk of leaks and preserve the quality of the product.
Yes, CBD e-liquids are designed for vaping and generally do not contain nicotine. They offer a different sensation, focused on relaxation, without any addictive effect. They should be used at a moderate power to preserve the quality of the product. For best results, use them with a tight-draw MTL e-cigarette.
E-liquids are considered a much healthier alternative to smoked tobacco. They are formulated from ingredients certified as safe for health, unlike the 7,000 harmful substances found in traditional cigarettes. Nevertheless, to choose a safe e-liquid, a few precautions should be taken, such as purchasing your e-liquid from a recognised retailer like Le Vapoteur Discount, or checking the composition and origin by favouring reputable and regulated brands.
An e-liquid manufactured in France meets strict requirements and European directives regarding traceability, quality control, and safety. As a guarantee of quality and transparency for the consumer, French and European brands generally have their own laboratory for developing their e-liquid formulas and are required to have those formulas tested by an independent laboratory before going to market. All these steps ensure that e-liquids are safe for vapers. These French and European quality standards prohibit undesirable substances and provide a more secure framework for vaping.
To keep your e-liquid as long as possible and preserve its quality, taste, and colour, you should store it in its original bottle, ideally away from light, heat, and air. Despite these precautions, the e-liquid may take on a slightly brown tint. Safe and fit for consumption, this colour is due to the oxidation of nicotine and may also depend on the flavouring used in the e-liquid. It is generally advised not to keep the same e-liquid in your clearomiser or pod cartridge for more than 5 days if you are not using it, to avoid leaks as well as excessive oxidation.
The DLUO (Date Limite d'Utilisation Optimale) or BBD (Best Before Date) is an indicative date. Once the e-liquid's date has passed, it may lose its taste qualities and appearance (colour, consistency). An e-liquid fresh from the factory will have a BBD of approximately 2 years. Even past the BBD, the e-liquid remains suitable for vaporisation and will not be harmful to health.
