Choosing the right CBD e-liquid
A CBD e-liquid contains cannabidiol (CBD), one of the compounds naturally found in hemp, diluted in a base of propylene glycol (PG) and vegetable glycerine (VG), with or without flavourings. It contains no nicotine. CBD e-liquids sold in France are made from authorised hemp varieties and comply with the maximum THC content set by regulations (0.3%).

Concentration: how to read CBD dosage
The amount of CBD is stated in milligrams (mg) for the whole bottle or as a percentage of the volume. For a 10 ml bottle:

For a different volume, the amount in mg varies proportionally: 300 mg in a 30 ml bottle corresponds to 1%. High concentrations are intended to be diluted: CBD boosters allow you to enrich a CBD-free e-liquid or adjust its concentration. It is advisable to start with a low concentration.
