Le Vapoteur Discount guide to your 50 ml e-liquid

Why choose a nicotine-free 50 ml e-liquid?

An e-liquid is a consumable intended exclusively for use with an electronic cigarette. The 50 ml format is particularly popular with regular vapers for its capacity, allowing them to enjoy their flavour for longer.

50 ml e-liquids come in a shortfill format.
They contain no nicotine when purchased, but leave enough room in the bottle to add one or two nicotine boosters, depending on the desired strength.

Practical and flexible, the 50 ml format is suitable for vapers using 0 mg, 3 mg or 6 mg/ml who want to enjoy their favourite flavour for longer.

How do you add nicotine to a 50 ml e-liquid?

A 50 ml e-liquid can be vaped perfectly well without nicotine.
However, if you are an occasional or moderate smoker, adding nicotine boosters allows you to adapt your e-liquid to your needs, simply and quickly.

To obtain a 3 mg/ml e-liquid

1. Take your 50 ml bottle and one nicotine booster at 20 mg/ml;
2. Pour the entire booster into the bottle;
3. Close the bottle (you now have 60 ml) and shake vigorously for a few seconds;
4. Wait 1 to 2 minutes before use.

You will obtain a ready-to-vape 3 mg/ml e-liquid.

To obtain a 6 mg/ml e-liquid

1. Take your 50 ml bottle and two nicotine boosters at 20 mg/ml;
2. Add both boosters to the bottle;
3. Close the bottle (you now have 70 ml) and shake thoroughly;
4. Wait 1 to 2 minutes before vaping.

You will obtain a ready-to-use 6 mg/ml e-liquid.

These bottles are designed to hold up to 2 boosters. If you want a higher strength or a customised recipe, we recommend using large-capacity bottles (Chubby Gorilla or 120 ml graduated bottles).

Choosing equipment for a balanced PG/VG (50/50) e-liquid

The 50/50 PG/VG ratio is one of the most versatile on the market. It offers an excellent compromise between flavour delivery, a moderate throat hit and reasonable vapour production. It is a reliable choice for both beginner vapers and those looking for a simple, effective everyday vape.

Electronic cigarettes

Thanks to its balanced viscosity, a 50/50 e-liquid is compatible with most versatile electronic cigarettes, including:

• Innokin CoolFire Z80 Kit: the unbeatable battery mod, versatile and fitted with the Zenith 2;
• Zelos M80 Kit by Aspire: the VapExpo 2025 winner;
• Eleaf iStick X80 Kit: the new generation of the iStick series;
• Xros Pro 2 Kit by Vaporesso: the kit with impeccable flavour delivery.

Pods

This ratio also works very well with modern pods, appreciated for their simplicity and discretion:

• GeekVape Soul 2 Kit: the GeekVape pod with XXL battery life and versatile draw;
• Pixo Max Kit by Aspire: the latest Pixo with maximum battery life and new pods;
• Centaurus Ori 35 Kit by Lost Vape: a Centaurus pod with outstanding performance and finish.

Clearomisers

For a stable, hassle-free vape, choose versatile clearomisers able to handle different inhalation styles:

• Innokin Zenith 2 Clearomiser: unbeatable, versatile, ideal for MTL or RDL;
• Vaporesso X Tank T Clearomiser: the latest addition to the GTX series;
• GeekVape Zeus Nano 2 Clearomiser: a versatile Zeus fitted with B Series coils;
• Nautilus GT 2 Clearomiser by Aspire: a timeless Nautilus with a modern design.

Coils

The coil resistance should ideally be between 0.4 ohm and 1.2 ohm, for an adaptable and enjoyable vape.

Drip tip

A standard 510 drip tip is generally recommended. Some vapers also use this ratio with more airy 810 drip tips, without experiencing leaks, depending on the equipment used.

Power settings

A 50/50 PG/VG e-liquid suits a wide power range, generally between 10 and 40 watts, depending on the coil fitted and the type of draw required.

Maintaining your electronic cigarette

To get the most from your 50 ml e-liquid and extend the lifespan of your equipment:

• Clean your clearomiser and drip tip regularly to prevent residue build-up;
• Change the coil as soon as flavours deteriorate or vapour decreases (on average every 2 to 3 weeks);
• Avoid leaving a tank filled with the same e-liquid for more than 5 days without use, to limit the risk of leaks or flavour deterioration.

Precautions for use

• If you do not smoke, do not vape;
• Product containing nicotine: prohibited for minors and not recommended for pregnant women or people with cardiovascular disorders or high blood pressure;
• In the event of allergies, check for possible allergens (limonene, nuts, etc.) listed on the label;
• In the event of skin contact, rinse thoroughly with soap and water;
• Store your e-liquids in a dry place, away from light and temperature changes, out of the reach of children and animals.

Remember to recycle: empty bottles must be disposed of through the appropriate recycling channels.
