For direct inhalation (DTL), a wider and shorter drip tip will provide a greater airflow and denser vapour. The majority of clearomisers accept interchangeable drip tips, particularly in the 510 format. However, some models use proprietary or integrated drip tips, especially on certain pods. It is therefore important to check the compatibility of your clearomiser before changing the mouthpiece.
