Apex Kit - Vaporesso

Vaporesso Apex Kit: great simplicity and capacity

The Vaporesso Apex Kit is a compact pod designed for mouth-to-lung (MTL) or restrictive direct-to-lung (RDL) vaping. With its built-in 2000 mAh battery, adjustable power up to 30 watts and a 5 ml cartridge with integrated coil, the Apex combines ease of use with essential settings.

Its compact format makes it easy to carry every day, while its screen allows you to quickly check the main vaping parameters. The Vaporesso Apex Kit also offers two firing modes: button or automatic draw. Its adjustable airflow lets you adapt the draw to the type of vaping desired.

The kit comes with two Apex cartridges, in 0.6 and 0.8 ohm, to enjoy two draw types ranging from MTL to RDL.

Vaporesso Apex Kit: a compact and versatile pod

The Vaporesso Apex pod adopts a format designed to remain discreet while incorporating a high-capacity battery. Its built-in 2000 mAh battery powers variable wattage up to 30 W.

Use remains accessible thanks to a single-button operation. This notably allows you to fire the device and adjust the power. The pod can also operate with the automatic draw system, without having to press the button for each puff.

The built-in screen displays the information needed to use the device: selected power, coil resistance value, battery level and puff counter.

The Apex battery specifications

• Built-in 2000 mAh battery
• Maximum power: 30 W
• Variable wattage mode
• Button firing or automatic draw
• Built-in screen
• Adjustable airflow
• USB-C charging at 2 A
• Rechargeable battery

The Apex Kit is therefore suited to vapers looking for a simple device to use with the ability to adjust power and airflow.

MTL to RDL vaping with the Apex cartridges

The Vaporesso Apex Kit comes with two cartridges fitted with an integrated coil. Their ohm value allows you to choose between a relatively tight MTL draw and a more airy RDL vape.

Each cartridge has a 5 ml tank and a side-filling system. A silicone membrane protects the filling port and allows you to refill the liquid without removing the cartridge from the pod.

The two supplied cartridges are as follows:

The 0.8 ohm cartridge is intended for mouth-to-lung (MTL) vaping, with a tighter draw. The 0.6 ohm version provides a more open draw, suited to RDL use.

The drip tip also varies depending on the integrated coil. The 0.8 ohm model has a translucent and narrower mouthpiece, while the 0.6 ohm cartridge is fitted with a black and wider drip tip.

Corex 2.0 technology

The coils integrated into the Apex cartridges use Vaporesso's Corex 2.0 technology. This design is based on a mesh structure intended to ensure even heating of the liquid.

Since the coil is integrated into the cartridge, it is not necessary to replace the coil alone when it reaches the end of its life. When the coil is worn out, simply replace the entire Apex cartridge.

This design simplifies the use of the pod and limits the maintenance operations required.

How do you fill the Apex Kit cartridge?

The Apex cartridge is filled from the side. To fill the 5 ml tank:

1. Remove the cartridge from the pod if necessary.
2. Locate the side filling port.
3. Lift the silicone membrane.
4. Insert the tip of your e-liquid bottle.
5. Fill the tank without exceeding its 5 ml capacity.
6. Close the membrane properly.
7. Place the cartridge back onto the battery.

When a new cartridge is installed, it is recommended to wait a few minutes after filling before vaping so that the coil cotton can absorb the liquid properly.

Which liquid should you use with the Apex Kit?

The choice of liquid depends in particular on the cartridge used and the type of draw desired. Apex cartridges are suitable for e-liquids containing up to 50% VG.

The pod can in particular be used with nicotine salt liquids when their dosage matches the vaper's needs. Thinner e-liquids are generally suitable for coils intended for mouth-to-lung vaping.

Before use, always check the compatibility between the chosen liquid and the installed coil.

An adjustable airflow to adapt the draw

The Apex Kit features an adjustable airflow allowing you to modify the air intake. This system offers the ability to adapt the draw according to the cartridge and the vaper's preferences.

A more closed airflow is suitable for MTL vaping, close to the draw of a traditional cigarette. By opening the airflow further, the draw becomes more airy and can correspond to RDL use with the 0.6 ohm cartridge.

The adjustable airflow thus complements the choice between the two integrated coils supplied with the kit.

A 2000 mAh battery rechargeable via USB-C

With its 2000 mAh capacity, the built-in battery of the Apex pod offers autonomy suited to everyday use. However, actual battery life depends on the selected power, the coil used and the frequency of puffs.

When the battery needs recharging, the USB-C port allows charging at 2 A. The pod screen shows the remaining battery level so you can easily monitor the battery status.

The maximum power of 30 watts allows the pod's operation to be adapted to the two supplied cartridges.

How do you use the Vaporesso Apex Kit?

The operation of the Vaporesso Apex pod is kept deliberately simple. A single button allows you to perform the main controls of the device.

Depending on the mode chosen, vaping can be triggered by pressing the button or automatically when inhaling. The power can also be adjusted to stay within the operating range of the installed coil.

Before vaping, it is important to check the coil resistance value shown on the screen and to select a power within the recommended range.
