How does parcel preparation and tracking work?

Le Vapoteur Discount is responsible for the preparation of your order as well as its dispatch to a sorting center where your parcel will be handled by Colissimo or Chronopost.

You will systematically receive a tracking number provided by the carrier along with a link to allow you to follow your parcel step by step.

2. We print your label and then stick it on your parcel.

3. We hand over your parcel to Colissimo or Chronopost, who takes care of its delivery.

4. Using the tracking number provided by the carrier, I can track the progress of my parcel.

Where can I find my tracking number?

To find your tracking number, please proceed as follows:

  1. Go to your "My Account" section
  2. Click on "Order history and details"
  3. Click on the relevant order and on "Details"

Then, at the bottom of the page, you will find the tracking number for your order.
