Why was a loyalty programme created?
Since 20 May 2016 (ordinance 2016-623), the European Tobacco Products Directive (TPD) requires us to comply with certain rules.
To address these new directives, we have put in place a loyalty programme to reward you even better.
An automatic discount after every purchase made at levapoteur-discount.fr.
How does the loyalty programme work?
From the moment you register on levapoteur-discount.fr, you benefit from our loyalty programme: 1 point for every €10 spent = €1 in your reward balance.
Even better, for every purchase of Le Vapoteur Discount products, your points are doubled: 2 points = €2 for every €10 spent.
You can use your reward balance from your 2nd order onwards, either straight away or by saving up to treat yourself to something special. It's up to you!
How do I add my reward balance to my order?
To check your loyalty points, you can visit your account, under the "My loyalty points" section. You will then have an overview of your orders and the amount in your reward balance, and can convert your points.
Does Le Vapoteur Discount offer any other benefits?
Absolutely, in addition to the loyalty programme we offer many other benefits:
- A discount on the anniversary of your account creation;
- Free samples to choose from in your basket;

*Please note: During certain ongoing promotions, such as Black Friday, French Days, etc., it is possible that no loyalty rewards can be accumulated and no loyalty points will be awarded.
Which products are excluded from the loyalty programme?
In order to maintain our low prices on certain product categories, the following items do not qualify for loyalty point accumulation and are not included in the calculation of your reward balance:
- All Boosters, all brands included;
- All Bases, all brands included;
- All DIY Packs, all brands included;
- All Puffs;
- All pre-filled Pods;
- All Puff cartridges;
- All pre-filled Pod cartridges.
However, points already in the reward balance can be used on these products.
The Customer may place an unlimited number of orders per day. Each order placed gives rise to the accumulation of a reward balance.
Loyalty points linked to an order are credited to the customer's reward balance no later than the actual delivery date of that order.
When an order has been paid for in full or in part using points credited to the reward balance, any refund relating to that order will be made by re-crediting the points used to the customer's reward balance.
In the event of a cancellation of an order by the customer or a refund/cancellation thereof, the loyalty points accumulated in respect of that order will be automatically removed from the customer's loyalty account.
