Why was a loyalty programme created?
Since 20 May 2016 (ordinance 2016-623), the European Tobacco Products Directive (TPD) requires us to comply with certain rules.
To address these new directives, we have set up a loyalty programme to reward you even more.
An automatic discount after every purchase made at levapoteur-discount.fr.
How does the loyalty programme work?
From the moment you register on levapoteur-discount.fr, you benefit from our loyalty programme: 1 point for every £10 spent = £1 in your reward pot.
Even better, for every purchase of Le Vapoteur Discount products, your points are doubled: 2 points = £2 for every £10 spent.
You can use your reward pot from your 2nd order onwards, either immediately or by waiting to accumulate points to treat yourself to a great gift. It's up to you!
How do I add my reward pot to my order?
To view your loyalty points, you can go to your account, in the "My loyalty points" section. You will then get an overview of your orders and the amount in your reward pot, and can convert your points.
Does Le Vapoteur Discount offer any other benefits?
Absolutely, in addition to the loyalty programme we offer many other benefits:

*Please note: During certain ongoing promotions, such as Black Friday, French Days, etc., it is possible that no loyalty rewards can be accumulated and no loyalty points will be awarded.
Which products are excluded from the loyalty programme?
In order to maintain our low prices on certain product categories, the following items do not qualify for loyalty point accumulation and are not included in the calculation of your reward pot:
- All Boosters, all brands combined ;
- All Bases, all brands combined ;
- All DIY Packs, all brands combined ;
- All Puffs ;
- All pre-filled Pods ;
- All Puff cartridges ;
- All pre-filled Pod cartridges.
However, points already in the reward pot can be used on these products.
The customer may place an unlimited number of orders per day. Each order placed results in the accumulation of a reward pot.
Loyalty points linked to an order are credited to the customer's reward pot no later than the actual delivery date of said order.
When an order has been fully or partially paid using points credited to the reward pot, any refund relating to said order will be made by crediting the points used back to the customer's reward pot.
In the event of a cancellation of an order by the customer or a refund/cancellation of said order, the loyalty points accumulated for that order will be automatically removed from the customer's loyalty account.
