However, the eGo system was designed with the aim of making the box mod slightly more aesthetically pleasing, as the eGo thread conceals the threading when the clearomiser is attached.

As their name suggests — "Switch" means "commutator" — switches allow the modification of the existing electrical circuit. Bottom-Feeder technology:

The type of vaping experience sought

Attention to fans of direct lung inhalation (meaning the vapour travels directly to the lung area) and regular vaping: for an optimal and thoroughly enjoyable experience, it is recommended to opt for a box mod with a rebuildable atomiser featuring a "custom" resistance close to 0 ohm. The power usage goes beyond 70 watts.

The functions found within electronic box mods are not all the same depending on the model chosen. Therefore, it is essential to determine the key functions you cannot do without in order to guide you towards the best possible accessory:

Power:

Contrary to what many people might think, power is not specifically essential for all vapers. Indeed, if you prefer direct lung inhalation (the vapour bypasses the mouth and goes straight into the lungs), you will certainly prefer a device with higher wattage. On the other hand, if you enjoy holding the vapour in your mouth before inhaling it into your lungs or exhaling it directly, a power level of 15 to 40 watts seems more than sufficient.

Charging:

The charging system is an important point to address. Indeed, if you choose a box mod with an integrated battery, you need to keep in mind that you will not be able to vape while it is charging via the USB port. Unless, of course, your electronic box mod is equipped with the "Passthrough" system. On the other hand, with a Mod system using one or two batteries, you simply need to swap them out when their charge is depleted. Temperature control:

If you want to avoid a "Dry hit", temperature control is truly necessary. This term refers to continuing to heat the resistance while vaping, even when it is no longer fed by the liquid. A burnt taste is felt and disrupts the vaping experience. To avoid this, you absolutely must change your resistance.
