An e-liquid is a consumable exclusively intended for the electronic cigarette. The 200 ml format is the most generous in the catalogue: it is aimed at intensive vapers and fans of large capacities who wish to enjoy their favourite e-liquid for longer.
This large format offers an advantageous price per millilitre, ideal for making significant savings in the long term, whilst maintaining impeccable quality. It also allows you to reduce refills and packaging, for a more practical and more responsible vape.
Available in a ready-to-boost version, the 200 ml e-liquid is nicotine-free at purchase, but designed to accommodate several boosters according to your needs. For certain dosages, the use of a large graduated bottle (250 ml or more) is essential to ensure a homogeneous mixture.
Fewer constraints, less waste and maximum autonomy: the 200 ml is the smart choice for vapers who value peace of mind and quantity.
A 200 ml e-liquid can be vaped without nicotine, as is.
However, for occasional or moderate smokers, it is possible to add nicotine boosters at 20 mg/ml to obtain a light dosage, suited to daily vaping on versatile equipment.
You obtain a ready-to-vape e-liquid at 1.5 mg/ml.
You obtain a perfectly homogeneous e-liquid at 3 mg/ml.
For large formats, the use of a graduated bottle is strongly recommended to ensure precise dosing, homogeneous dilution and safe handling.
For higher dosages, the use of a graduated bottle is strongly recommended to ensure a homogeneous and safe mixture.
E-liquids with a dominant vegetable glycerin (VG) are distinguished by their thicker texture and their ability to produce a dense and generous vapour. They offer a smoother throat sensation and are particularly appreciated by vapers who enjoy direct lung (DL) vaping and large clouds.
Due to their high viscosity, these e-liquids require powerful subohm electronic cigarettes, such as:
For optimal e-liquid feeding and to avoid dry hits, it is recommended to use subohm clearomisers, designed for thick liquids:
Low coils, between 0.15 ohm and 0.4 ohm, are ideal for effectively vaporising an e-liquid rich in VG.
A wide 810-format drip tip is preferable to facilitate direct inhalation and the passage of a large volume of vapour.
E-liquids rich in VG perform best at high wattage.
Vaping above 40 watts is recommended, whilst of course respecting the coil manufacturer's recommendations.
Regular maintenance is essential to preserve the flavours and extend the lifespan of your equipment:
Think about recycling: empty bottles must be disposed of through appropriate channels.

An e-liquid (or liquid for e-cigarettes) is the product that generates vapour when heated by the coil of an e-cigarette. Unlike traditional cigarettes, there is no combustion. The e-liquid is composed of a base (propylene glycol and vegetable glycerin), flavourings, and optionally nicotine. It is what determines the taste, throat sensation, cloud production, and the overall vaping experience.
An e-liquid generally contains four elements:
Some formulas also use alternative plant-based bases (Végétol) for added smoothness.
An e-liquid with nicotine is intended for vapers who wish to replace the traditional cigarette. Nicotine acts on the feeling of satisfaction and limits cravings. Nicotine-free e-liquids are used either at the end of a cessation programme or purely for the pleasure of vaping, even though it is not recommended to vape if you are not a smoker. Choosing the right nicotine level is essential to avoid a bad experience (irritation or cravings). The nicotine dosage depends on your previous cigarette consumption. A light smoker will not have the same needs as a heavy smoker. A level that is too low can lead to frustration and relapse, while a level that is too high can cause throat discomfort. The goal is to find a balance between throat hit, sensation, and vaping comfort, adjusting gradually as needed. A low dosage of 0, 3 or 6 mg/ml of nicotine is generally recommended for light smokers or occasional smokers (fewer than 7 cigarettes per day), and a high dosage of 20 mg/ml of nicotine salt for a heavy smoker (1 pack of cigarettes or more). However, this dosage can be adjusted depending on your e-cigarette and the way you vape.
Nicotine salt is a more stable form of nicotine that is gentler on inhalation. It provides rapid absorption with a less harsh throat hit, even at high levels. Nicotine salt e-liquids are particularly suited to beginner vapers, former heavy smokers, and low-wattage MTL kits. Various nicotine salt dosages are available. The most well-known and effective is 20 mg/ml, which is very well suited to heavy smokers. However, a dosage of 10 mg/ml can work very well for a regular or occasional smoker.
A nicotine booster is a concentrated nicotine bottle designed to be added to a large-format e-liquid. It allows you to adjust the final nicotine level according to the quantity added. Flexible and cost-effective, this solution lets you boost your large-format e-liquid to 3 or 6 mg/ml of nicotine. For a 50 ml e-liquid, adding one nicotine booster will give you 3 mg/ml, while two nicotine boosters will bring your e-liquid up to 6 mg/ml.
The propylene glycol / vegetable glycerin ratio has a strong influence on the vaping experience.
The choice therefore depends on the wattage and compatibility with your e-cigarette. If in doubt, the most common ratio remains 50/50 PG/VG. Balanced, it allows versatile use across MTL, RDL, and light DTL e-cigarette models (approximately between 15 and 40 watts).
E-liquids with a vegetable base or containing Végétol replace traditional propylene glycol. They are often gentler on the throat, better tolerated by vapers who are sensitive to PG, and offer a smoother vape without compromising on flavour. However, they should be used in MTL mode at low wattage (minimum 30 watts) to avoid the risk of leaks and to preserve product quality.
Yes, CBD e-liquids are designed for vaping and generally do not contain nicotine. They offer a different sensation, focused on relaxation, with no addictive effect. They should be used at moderate wattage to preserve product quality. A tight-draw MTL e-cigarette is recommended for use with them.
E-liquids are considered a far healthier alternative to smoked tobacco. They are formulated from ingredients certified as safe for health, unlike the 7,000 harmful substances found in traditional cigarettes. Nevertheless, to choose a safe e-liquid, a few precautions should be taken, such as buying your e-liquid from a recognised retailer like Le Vapoteur Discount or checking the composition and origin by favouring reputable and regulated brands.
An e-liquid manufactured in France meets strict requirements and European directives regarding traceability, quality control, and safety. As a guarantee of quality and transparency for the consumer, French and European brands generally have their own laboratory for developing their e-liquid formula and are required to have that formulation assessed by an independent laboratory before it is placed on the market. All these steps ensure that e-liquids are safe for vapers. These French and European quality standards prohibit undesirable substances and provide a more secure framework for vaping.
To keep your e-liquid as long as possible and preserve its quality, taste, and colour, you should store it in its original bottle, ideally away from light, heat, and air. Despite these precautions, the e-liquid may sometimes take on a slightly brown tint. Harmless and safe for consumption, this colour is due to the oxidation of nicotine and may also depend on the flavouring used in the e-liquid. It is generally recommended not to keep the same e-liquid in your clearomiser or pod cartridge for more than 5 days if you are not using it, to avoid leaks and excessive oxidation.
The BBD (Best Before Date), also known as the MHD (Minimum Durability Date), is an indicative date. Once the e-liquid's date has passed, it may lose its taste qualities and appearance (colour, fluidity). An e-liquid fresh from the factory will have a BBD of approximately 2 years. Even after the BBD has passed, the e-liquid remains safe for vaporisation and will not be harmful to health.
