Kit Pixo Aura 2 - Aspire
Kit Pixo Aura 2 by Aspire

The Kit Pixo Aura 2 by Aspire is a pod-format e-cigarette designed for simple everyday use. This new version retains the Pixo Aura concept while integrating several improvements, notably an integrated 1800 mAh battery, a USB-C fast charging system and an adjustable side airflow.
Compact and screen-free, the Pixo Aura 2 relies on intuitive use. Activation occurs automatically upon inhalation, while an LED bar indicates the battery level and the various device protections. The pod is also compatible with Aspire's Pixo cartridges, allowing you to choose different coils depending on the type of inhalation desired.
Pixo Aura 2: a simple and compact Aspire pod

With its dimensions of 112.6 x 29 x 18 mm, the Pixo Aura 2 maintains a compact format that is easy to carry. Its minimalist design comes with an ergonomic grip designed for everyday use.
Unlike a kit equipped with a screen and several buttons, the Pixo Aura 2 works without complex settings. Simply install a Pixo cartridge, fill it with the appropriate e-liquid for e-cigarettes, then inhale to automatically trigger vaping.
Power is managed by the integrated chipset based on the installed coil. The user can nonetheless adjust the draw using the airflow slider located on the side of the pod.
An integrated 1800 mAh battery

The Pixo Aura 2 features an integrated 1800 mAh battery, a capacity greater than the 1300 mAh of the first Pixo Aura version. This improvement allows for longer intervals between charges during daily use.
The battery charges via a USB-C port with a charging current of up to 2 A. An LED bar allows you to easily monitor the device's status without needing a screen.
Automatic draw and adjustable airflow
The Pixo Aura 2 operates via automatic draw activation: no button press is needed to start vaping. Inhaling directly activates the battery.
The draw can then be adjusted using the side airflow. The slider allows you to modify the airflow to obtain a more or less open draw depending on the cartridge and coil used.
This design allows the pod to adapt to several inhalation types, notably MTL (indirect inhalation) and RDL (restrictive direct inhalation), depending on the coil chosen.
Compatible Pixo cartridges

The Kit Pixo Aura 2 Aspire is compatible with the various Pixo cartridges. These pods include a non-replaceable coil and are available in several ohm values.
The range includes mesh cartridges in 0.4 ohm, 0.6 ohm, 1.0 ohm and 1.2 ohm, as well as Dual Mesh 0.4 ohm and 0.6 ohm versions. Power ranges vary depending on the installed coil.
| Pixo Cartridge | Coil | Power |
|---|---|---|
| Pixo Mesh | 0.4 ohm | 23-30 W |
| Pixo Mesh | 0.6 ohm | 14-19 W |
| Pixo Mesh | 1.0 ohm | 10-15 W |
| Pixo Mesh | 1.2 ohm | 9-13 W |
| Pixo Dual Mesh | 0.4 ohm | 25-35 W |
| Pixo Dual Mesh | 0.6 ohm | 18-22 W |
Pixo cartridges are offered with side or top filling depending on the model. Their capacity can reach 3 ml, while the version intended for the European TPD market has a capacity of 2 ml.
Which coil to choose with the Pixo Aura 2?
The choice of coil depends in particular on the type of inhalation desired and the liquid used.
The 1.0 and 1.2 ohm cartridges are suited to vaping at lower power and MTL inhalation. The 0.6 ohm versions offer more possibilities with a more airy draw, while the 0.4 ohm cartridges operate at higher power levels and suit a more open inhalation style.
Dual Mesh cartridges use two mesh elements to heat the liquid. They are available in 0.4 and 0.6 ohm.
An LED bar to monitor essential information
The Pixo Aura 2 foregoes a screen in order to maintain simple use and a sleek form factor. An integrated LED nonetheless keeps the user informed of the battery level and the protections activated by the Aspire chipset.
The pod notably includes protections against short circuits, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheating and coils that are too low in resistance. A cut-off protection after 6 seconds of activation is also present.
Kit Pixo Aura 2: box contents
The Kit Pixo Aura 2 Aspire box contains:
- 1 x Pixo Aura 2
- 1 x Pixo Dual Mesh 0.6 ohm cartridge, 2 ml TPD version
- 1 x user manual
The cartridge is installed directly onto the battery when boxed.
The Pixo Aura 2, a versatile pod for everyday vaping
With its compact format, 1800 mAh battery, automatic draw activation and adjustable airflow, the Kit Pixo Aura 2 Aspire offers a use experience designed to remain simple. Its compatibility with the various Pixo cartridges also allows the vaping style to evolve according to the coil chosen.
The Aura 2 version thus retains the minimalist approach of the Pixo Aura while evolving certain elements of the device, notably the battery life with a 1800 mAh battery and fast charging up to 2 A.

FAQ
The difference between an MTL (Mouth To Lung) and DTL (Direct To Lung) e-cigarette concerns the type of inhalation. With MTL, the vapour is first held in the mouth before being inhaled, as with a traditional cigarette. With DTL, the vapour is inhaled directly into the lungs, producing a larger volume of vapour, like a shisha. MTL is often recommended for new vapers who want to stop smoking, while DTL is aimed at more experienced vapers who have already successfully transitioned from tobacco to vaping.
For beginners, it is advisable to choose an e-cigarette that is simple to use, with few settings, moderate power and a tight draw (MTL). Pod kits or starter kits are generally the most suitable for a successful first experience. However, some new vapers who are comfortable with settings and maintenance may prefer to go for adjustable and upgradeable equipment. It all depends on each person's level of comfort.
A heavy smoker will need a reliable e-cigarette offering good battery life (between 1200 and 5000 mAh) and a tight draw to better absorb nicotine and avoid cravings. Versatile kits compatible with MTL and RDL (tight or slightly airy draw) are often an excellent compromise for an effective transition to vaping. This e-cigarette should be paired with nicotine salt e-liquids to effectively satisfy cravings.
The lifespan of an e-cigarette depends on its quality, maintenance and frequency of use. On average, a well-maintained kit can last several months or even several years, with only the wear components such as coils or cartridges needing replacement. It is estimated that the lithium battery inside an e-cigarette has an optimal lifespan of 300 charge/discharge cycles before gradually declining. To extend this lifespan, make sure to charge your e-cigarette from mains sockets of 1A maximum (unless otherwise indicated by the manufacturer) in order to minimise heat build-up in the electronics.
Good news! E-cigarettes are becoming more and more accessible for all budgets, and you are in the right place at Le Vapoteur Discount to enjoy the best prices on the web. The average price of an e-cigarette is estimated at 35 euros. You will find e-cigarettes for as little as 10 euros for the smallest models, and up to 80 euros for the most advanced ones.
The e-cigarette is considered significantly less harmful than the traditional cigarette, as it does not rely on combustion. It is primarily used as an alternative to tobacco to reduce the risks associated with smoking. It is often described as "a healthier alternative" to tobacco or a "cessation aid" for traditional cigarettes. When used correctly (MTL preferably), paired with good e-liquids (French and certified) and maintained regularly (cleaning and coil replacement every 2 weeks), it becomes a very effective smoking cessation tool — whereas tobacco itself is very dangerous.
Many smokers use the e-cigarette as a smoking cessation tool. By reproducing the gesture, the sensation, the inhalation and the nicotine intake, it facilitates the gradual quitting of tobacco. Success depends on using it in an appropriate way: the right inhalation (MTL), the right flavour, the right nicotine level, the right design and a level of maintenance that suits the vaper. Every smoker is unique and will require a strategy tailored to their needs, but the latest studies (such as the Cochrane study of 1 March 2025) show that: "Nicotine e-cigarettes can help people stop smoking for at least six months. Evidence suggests they work better than nicotine replacement therapies, and probably better than nicotine-free e-cigarettes.". The use of nicotine salt e-liquids would also be an asset: "However, we still need evidence, particularly on the effects of newer types of e-cigarettes that deliver nicotine better than older ones, as better nicotine delivery could help more people to stop smoking."
Most e-cigarettes offer automatic power adjustment by detecting the coil resistance value (auto or smart mode). Other models offer the possibility of precise manual adjustment. To find the right power setting for your e-cigarette, check the recommendations printed on the coil (or pod cartridge). You will find the recommended power range for optimal use. Tip: if your coil is new, remember to leave it submerged in the e-liquid for a few minutes so that it does not burn on first use. Also set the power to the lowest end of what the manufacturer recommends for the first few puffs.
Maintaining an e-cigarette is straightforward. It mainly involves cleaning the tank or cartridge and replacing the coil when it is worn out. Regular maintenance ensures a healthier vape, better performance and a longer lifespan. It is estimated that on average a coil should be changed every 2 to 3 weeks at most. Take the opportunity to thoroughly clean your clearomiser or cartridge. The drip tip alone can be cleaned with soapy water every day if you wish.
An e-cigarette with a built-in battery recharges directly via a USB cable and is simple to use. Models with replaceable batteries allow you to swap out the battery, often offering greater autonomy, more power and better longevity, but require a little more initial outlay, knowledge and equipment to safely recharge and carry those batteries.
Yes, you are allowed to carry an e-cigarette on a plane, but only in the cabin. It must be switched off and not used during the flight. Batteries are prohibited in the hold for safety reasons. As for your e-liquids, they must not exceed 100 ml to travel with you in the cabin. Remember to carry your e-liquid bottles and your clearomiser (or pod cartridge) in a sealed plastic bag. These can leak due to the change in pressure inside the aircraft.
If you are travelling abroad, remember to check the legislation regarding e-cigarettes. Some countries prohibit their use and may expose you to fines (examples in 2026: Cambodia, India, Laos, Qatar, Singapore, Thailand). Others allow the possession of an e-cigarette, but you will not find any vape shops to purchase your e-liquids.
